Lennar Communities, a property development partnership, needed a web site and logo which reflected the personality of their Bay Area offices. After designing a new logo (see our design portfolio), we created a web site which fulfilled two functions: it needed to be a clean, well-organized vehicle for disseminating information to planning commissions and vendors, and it needed to express the warmth and community of home. We were able to use image collages, font treatments and a warm palette to make the site feel like home.
